Senior Citizens Advisory Commission

 
Established by ordinance under Chapter 2.70, to advise the mayor and the assembly with respect to aspects which bear upon the welfare of senior citizens, and to develop and provide information to help senior citizens with resources available to them within the borough. It is supported administratively by the Parks and Recreation Department. This commission is up for reauthorization every six years, by ordinance. This commission was reauthorized in 2012. The Senior Advisory Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 12:00 Noon in the Big Dipper Ice Arena Conference Room.
